The Embassy of Japan will host an exhibition by British artists to raise funds to help victims of the terrible disaster caused by the earthquake and tsunami. The exhibition will run until Tuesday 11th October. Visitors can view the exhibition between 9:30am and 5:30pm. There will be an opportunity to register to ‘Meet the Artists’ on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th October. Please see below for more details.

Proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to the charity Hatachi Kikin. Hatachi Kikin is a Japanese financial body that aims to provide ongoing support for the education and independence of children affected by the disaster so that they can grow into independent twenty-year-old adults who will in turn support society at large. (Twenty years old, ‘hatachi’ in Japanese, is the age of maturity in Japan.)
