As part of the Embassy's efforts to foster understanding of Japanese society, culture and daily life, the JICC are happy to provide teachers with a wide range of information and authentic Japanese items to support Japan-related activities in schools.

    Culture etc.:
    The Japan Society, a charity which encourages Japan-related educational activities, has a wealth of resources to support those teaching about Japan.

    Language:
    Resources for those teaching Japanese are available from the Japan Foundation London Language Centre.

 

Borrow Artefacts Sets

 

There are sets of Japanese artefacts available for loan from the JICC. These sets provide an opportunity for students to get a feel for Japan and they are ideal for "Japan Days" or supplementing lessons/projects on Japan.
