Message from JICC
This month we welcome Minister Hideki Asari as the new Director of the Japan Information and Cultural Centre (JICC) in our feature article. We also introduce various events such as our Railway Exhibition which opens to the public on 11 October, and our monthly film show, which in November will be "The Wife of Gegege".

Japanese violinist Taro Hakase gives us an insight into his musical influences and we celebrate Japan's achievement in this year's world youth football tournament, the Danone Nations Cup. Experience Japan is also back this year at the Royal Society on 16 November. For more details, click the links below!
