This seminar will be led by various speakers from Loughborough University, Ritsumeikan University and the Japan Sports Council, who are all at the forefront of research into sports and health. It will be followed by a drinks reception. If you are a researcher or simply enjoy sports, regardless of the level, and you want to know about the latest sports methods and theory, as well as the best approaches to practical training, this seminar is the one for you!
