In the November 2011 edition our featured article is an interview with recently appointed Director of the Japan Information and Cultural Centre, Minister Hiroshi Suzuki. The INSIGHT INTO BEAUTY II exhibition will be at the embassy until early December, and events include a presentation entitled "Zen and the Art of Healthy Eating", PREMIERE JAPAN 2011, and our monthly film show. Events around the country include a study and work exhibition "Experience Japan" in London, and the AJSW 15th Anniverary classical music concert in Bristol.

We also feature reviews of the Visit Japan Campaign reception at the embassy which was attended by celebrity guests such as Jonathan Ross, Japanese paralympic sports reps visit to London and the WorldSkills London 2011 competition, in which Japan won 19 medals!

 
Spotlight on...

This month we feature an interview with Minister Hiroshi Suzuki, who recently arrived in London to take up his new role of Director of the Japan Information and Cultural Centre.
