Period of Employment: Early February 2019 to the end of October 2019
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (Lunch hour: 12:45pm – 1:45pm) with the possibility of overtime work
Location: Embassy of Japan, London
Salary: £12 - £14 per hour, according to qualifications and experience

Main duties include:
- Assisting general administrative duties in the embassy
- Undertaking ad hoc research on administrative issues
- Assisting coordination between departments internally and with other institutions such as the FCO, for VIP visits and major events hosted by the Embassy
