Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm (Lunch hour: 12:45pm-1:45pm) with possibility of overtime work

Duties include:
- Acting as a point of contact for JET applicants, processing applicant data, and other tasks as related to JET
- Other work related to the Japan Information and Cultural Centre (JICC)
Requirements:
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data and file management systems (ability to handle of large volumes of data is advantageous)
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing and speaking)
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Japan and some Japanese language ability preferable
- All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration Act (permanent residency, dependent visa, etc)
