Announcement of the winners and runners-up

The Embassy of Japan in the UK is pleased to announce the winners and runners-up of the MANGA JIMAN ¡Æ150¡Ç COMPETITION 2008. They are as follows:

WINNERS

1st Place

2nd Place

Runners-up will receive a selection of manga-related prizes from UK publishers.


A special award ceremony will be held in February 2009 to present the winners and runners-up with their prizes. The date and time for the award ceremony will be announced in December on this website and invitations will be sent to each entrant.

The winners¡Ç works will be displayed in a special MANGA JIMAN EXHIBITION at the Embassy of Japan in Feburary/March 2009.
