The Japanese Conversation Group

 

Meeting Date for 2018: 9 January, 6 February, 6 March, 3 April, 5 June, 3 July, 7 August, 4 September, 2 October, 6 November, 4 December

 

This is a monthly gathering of Japanese speakers of all nationalities and ages, run as part of The Japan Society but open to anyone with at least an intermediate level of Japanese. We offer a finger food buffet and run regular events such as quizes or competitions during the pub nights, with occasional side events such as our popular hanami and bounenkai parties.

 

The proceedings begin at 6.30pm every first Tuesday of the month, with the exception of January, when we move to the second Tuesday.
