Japan Day 2015
8 March 2015, Sheffield
Japan Day is an annual event organised to raise money for Helping Hands for Japan, a disaster relief non-profit organisation, as well as to share particular aspects of Japanese culture with our local community.
The day will involve performances by Taiko drummers, demonstrations of aikido, an idol dance group, yosakoi dancers and a sword troupe, to name a few.
There will be a maid cafe, a haunted house, traditional festival stalls as well as some other activities to explore and engage in, such as origami.
Edo Sushi will also be there on the day to provide delicacies to savour, if the maid cafe didn't tickle your fancy.
Tickets: £4 in advance and £5 on the door.
