Invitation to Meet Kuramoto (Sake Brewers) Sake Tasting in London
15 September 2010 , London
Japanese sake, more than 4,000 years old, is shrugging off its old-fashioned image as it enjoys resurgence both in its native Japan and abroad. More and more British people have woken up to how delicious this beverage is and are demanding increasingly sophisticated sakes. For the first time ever in London, more than 30 master brewers from all over Japan will be showcasing over 200 of their best sakes, shochu (spirits) and liqueurs. They will also be talking about the history of sake and how they make their own varieties.
This event is for anyone who wants to discover Japanese sake and would like to know more about the modern versions of this staple drink. A fantastic opportunity - not to be missed!
