This one day event is to reflect on the events of 2011 and to look forward to the rebuilding of lives affected by the tsunami by hosting a private screening of an Oscar nominated short documentary film, the Tsunami and the cherry blossom, followed by a talk by the governor of Miyagi prefecture, one of the worst hit area by the tsunami, and discussion by key figures from UK and Japan on the rebuilding of the Tohoku area.
Event is free, but booking is essential.
