Inzpir8tion (8 Hands On 2 Pianos):-
The AJSW Society '8 hands on 2 pianos' own group that originated from the AJSW '15th Anniversary concert at St George's, Bristol November 10th 2011 to its own full debut concert at the same venue there November 10th 2012 to wide acclaim and leading to its London debut at St James, Piccadilly May 31st 2013 where it will play its St George's debut concert programme. Four brilliant Japanese female pianists coming together to explore the repertoire of primarily 8 hands compositions and arrangements for an AJSW promotional spectacular not-to-be-missed evening presentation.

AJSW Chamber Music Ensemble:-
As with the AJSW '8 hands on 2 pianos' group 'Inzpir8tion', the 'AJSW Chamber Music November 29th 2012. Some of its recordings can be heard on our Home Page presentation (and links to other tracks). Predominantly Japanese musicians with other musicians from all over the world reflecting their integration into the AJSW classical music programme. , It is ably led and directed by violinist Kazue Yanagida. Its addition to the May 31st 2013 St James, Piccadilly evening concert promises a unique and ground breaking London debut concert for both groups helping spread the message of the AJSW and its established plac in the world of Anglo-Japanese cultural friendship and understanding which was never about promoting Japan and its people; it is about a welcome to those we do not always understand but can, nevertheless, appreciate for what we both share. Music is the international language that breaks down all international borders. The simple pleasure of setting aside past conflicts and sharing the same place to relax to watch and hear that which shows us that we have the same laughter and the same tears for that which moves us.
