
Concert by the Fukushima Youth Sinfonietta

The Fukushima Youth Sinfonietta, in collaboration with the Orpheus Sinfonia, presents an evening of classical music at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London. The young Japanese musicians come from four middle schools in Fukushima and are travelling to London to share through music their remarkable journey of hope.
Programme to include Chopin Piano Concerto No. 1, Mozart Flute Concerto in D major, Elgar Salut d’Amour and the world premiere of a work commissioned specially for the orchestra, Ronald Corp’s Commotio.
