Kyo-mai, Geisha-style dance : see it, try it !

A combined concert and workshop by Shinozuka Zuio of the Shinozuka school. She performs in Buckingham Palace on Tuesday; then on Friday at SOAS, she will introduce kyo-mai, a dance genre related to both Kabuki and geisha. She will perform for 30-35 minutes, then teach her audience - women and men - to dance some of the basic movements of kyo-mai.
Admission free.
