
Japanese Earthquake Appeal Charity Tea Ceremony

A traditional Japanese tea ceremony event, in order to raise funds for the Kumamoto earthquake victims in Japan. It will be organised by Urasenke Tankokai UK Association, and supported by the Embassy of Japan in the UK. All the revenue will be donated to the Japanese Government and distributed to the Kumamoto earthquake victims.
The event will take place at 2 :30-5 :00pm, with three different styles of tea demonstrations and English guide to explain the history and tradition of the Japanese tea ceremony. A bowl of matcha tea and Japanese sweets will be served to all the visitors.
Admission : £5 (over 12 years old)
