Taste of Japan

As part of the Edinburgh Fringe's InvAsian Festival, the Taste of Japan workshop offers all the chance to experience Japanese culture.
Hear the story of Sadako, and how the origami crane came to represent peace, make your own crane which will be sent to the Hiroshima Peace Park and enjoy traditional kimono and Japanese tea ceremony demonstrations.
