A very special and unique lecture by Dr Kazuo TERADA, the Chief Curator of the Fukui Dinosaurs Museum, and a winner of various awards such as the "Award from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports on the 57th Science and Technology Film/Video Festival" in 2016 for his film “Petrified Wood, Wonder of Silicified Wood”, the "Best Paper Award from the Paleontological Society of Japan" in 2014 and the "Best Paper Award from the Japan Association for Quaternary Research" in 1995.
This special lecture looks at Japan's vegetation, that is influenced by its unique geography from the era of dinosaurs up to now. The lecture is suitable for all ages who would like to know more about Japan from a different and unique perspective including that of dinosaurs.
