Sparkling sake: Shirakabegura Mio
1st round: Sohomare Karakuchi Dry Junmai with Sardines, egg and pickles pintxo
2nd round: Urakasumi Honjikomi Honjozo with Spanish Russian salad
3rd round: Kubota Senju Ginjo with Spinach omelette on a slice of Manchego cheese
4th round: Tamagawa Tokubetsu Junmai with Karaage on a salad leave with a bit of chilli, lemon juice, red pepper and capers
5th round: Dewazakura Dewasansan Junmai Ginjo ‘Green Ridge’ with Soft cheese on a slice of focaccia with a padron pepper
