Japanese singer-songwriter and guitarist, Yutaro Ogida was born in 1970 in Tokyo. He spent his early childhood in New York and attended high school in London where he started playing guitar. After going back to Japan in the 1990’s, he joined Wouassi Vincent’s Afrorock band, The Roots Band. Support will be from singer/songwriter Jun Sapporo alongside talented guitarist, singer and Meetup regular, Derron.

Based on country music and J-pop, Jun delivers refreshing music that is typical of Hokkaido with lyrics that are easy to relate to.
