Neolithisation in the British Isles and the Jomon-Yayoi transition Symposium

The symposium will be held over two days, exploring the latest advances in the Neolithisation of the British Isles as well as the Jomon-Yayoi transition in Japan on the first day, while the second day the morning session will be dedicated to the results of the ENCOUNTER Project, and in the overview and roundtable discussions in the afternoon, the Sainsbury Institute’s Professor Simon Kaner will give a paper titled “Models and contexts: micro and macro histories of the agricultural transition”.
