ROSL Annual Music Competition – Open for Applications

Invitation for applications for the 73rd ROSL Annual Music Competition, applications close Monday 6th January 2025 at 5pm.

Now in its 73rd year, the Royal Over-Seas League Annual Music Competition boasts over £75,000 in awards and has provided a springboard into the industry for scores of musicians.
There are four solo sections; Wind, Brass & Percussion, Strings, Singers and Keyboard, and two ensemble sections. Applications are now open!

New for 2025, The ROSL Annual Music Competition is now open to musicians from Japan and South Korea as well as the USA, all EU and EEA countries, Switzerland and all current and former Commonwealth countries.
Instrumentalists and singers must be between the ages of 18 and 30 as at 18 July 2025. You must have citizenship at the time of application.
For ensembles, at least half the members of a group must be between the ages of 18 and 30, and the average age of the group must also be 30 or under.
