The Soho Poly are delighted to welcome Marina Yozora for Independent Venue Week 2026. Marina is a dream pop–shoegaze singer-songwriter known for her seraphic, cascading vocals and dreamily reverbed guitar work. Born in Japan, she grew up internationally—living in the United States from ages 1 to 7, Vietnam from 15 to 18, and spending the rest of her life in Japan—before settling in London, UK.

She has released “Watermelon Pink Blue Skies,” “Daffodils,” and “Touché.” Her music has been featured on KEXP’s Pacific Notions and praised by notable dream pop/shoegaze outlets such as Shoegaze Blog and White Light White Heat, with reviewers noting her “great potential to create a very unique musical identity.”

Marina has recently toured in Rome, Lisbon, and performed at the UK’s biggest Japanese festival, HYPER JAPAN FESTIVAL in Manchester, while continuing to perform regularly across London.
