Join us at SOAS for a special screening of MIMOZA WAYS, a moving and thought-provoking theatre production from Japan that brings women’s stories to life across generations.
From the early feminist movement of the SEITO, Bluestocking group in 1911 to today’s ongoing struggles for equality, this production blends history, storytelling, and powerful performances to explore how women in Japan have challenged norms and shaped change.
The event is hosted by Hosted by Genderscope, SOAS Japan Society & MIMOZA WAYS, with the generous support of the Japan Research Center (SOAS) and the Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation.
