Due to the popularity of Japan House London’s manga workshops during the exhibition This is Manga – The Art of Urasawa Naoki in July 2019, acclaimed manga-ka Kutsuwada Chie and Elena Vitagliano return to host a series of free online demonstrations.
In these one-hour draw-along events, the UK-based artists explore different aspects of the art of manga, guiding participants into drawing their own character while following their guidelines, offering tips and advice, and answering live questions from the public.
Following the event, participants can share their result on social media and tag Japan House (@JapanHouseLDN) using the hashtags #japanhouselondon, #manga and #MuseumFromHome.
