Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm (Lunch hour: 1 hour) with the possibility of overtime work

Job Details
(1) Assisting customers at the Consular Services Counter and handling inquiries.(2) General office work.
Requirements
(1) Native level spoken and written Japanese.
(2) Strong English language skills (role involves some translation work as well as verbal and written communication with English speaking customers and external organisations)
(3) Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. for general office work.
(4) Strong communication and customer service skills.
(5) Ability to work as part of a team.
(6) Extensive experience is not necessary as long as the applicant is motivated, flexible and willing to learn.
