- The University of Tokyo Research Internship Program (UTRIP)
The program invites around 20 undergraduate students in science from all around the world to experience the six weeks of research at a world-leading laboratory in the view of advancing to a Master’s or PhD course in the future. - The University of Tokyo Summer Internship Program in Kashiwa (UTSIP)
This is an intensive six-week research program in summer for 30 international undergraduates who plan to apply for the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences at the University of Tokyo. - The Amgen Scholars Asia Program
Four universities in Asia host an eight-week summer research program for 60 undergraduates in science and biotechnology at the University of Tokyo. The program ends with a symposium in Singapore.

- The University of Tokyo Global Science Course (GSC)
Under GSC the university accepts undergraduate students from universities abroad to transfer into the third year of the Department of Chemistry, the School of Science. Deadline: 5pm, 29th March 2019 (JST) for fall 2019 - The University of Tokyo Global Science Graduate Course (GSGC)
This is a five-year graduate program (2 years in Master’s and 3 years in Doctoral) offered in English at the School of Science.
