Our new exhibition at the Embassy, The Techniques Shaping Japanese Textiles, has opened successfully and runs until 18 December. Please note that only visitors who have booked a ticket online will be admitted entry. For details on how to book, please see the exhibition website.
On Tuesday 20 October, we host an online talk, The Unbounded Potential of Kimono, Kyoto to Catwalk. Speakers are Anna Jackson, curator of the successful Kimono: Kyoto to Catwalk exhibition at the V&A, and kimono designer Jotaro Saito, whose work is on display in the V&A’s exhibition.
