Japan Matsuri 2025 – Japanese Festival returns to Trafalgar Square!

The much-loved JAPAN MATSURI, the UK’s biggest annual festival of Japanese culture and food, will come back again to Trafalgar Square on Sunday 21 September!

Showcasing Japanese culture in the UK, Japan Matsuri has attracted a loyal audience of Londoners, Japanese community and other visitors each year since 2009, and has established itself as a symbol of the bonds (Kizuna 絆) between Japan and the UK.

This year also, Japan Matsuri, now in its 15th year, expect to feature stage performances of various genres of music, dance and martial arts, as well as Japanese festival food, drinks and goods for sale and much more – a fantastic opportunity to experience Japan in the heart of London.
