From 16 to 17 November, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs YOSHIKAWA Yuumi visited the UK. A summary of her activities is given below.
On 16 November, she visited Japan House London, where she exchanged opinions with the Director General and other staff on such matters as how to deepen the understanding about Japanese culture, business and policy in the UK. On the same day, she discussed cultural and personnel exchanges between Japan and the UK with Jenny White, Chief Executive of the Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation, and exchanged views with representatives of UK-based Japanese corporations on the business environment in the UK.
