Ambassador & Madame Hayashi's attendance at All England Open Badminton Championship

On 19 March, Ambassador and Madame Hayashi attended the All England Open Badminton Championships, which were held in Birmingham. Hotly contested, the tournament featured many Japanese players. Although no Japanese contestant made it to the final, Ambassador and Madame Hayashi had the opportunity to encourage the Japanese athletes and commended them on their performances. Before the finals matches, future British and Japanese stars from the countries’ under-11s teams had the opportunity to play on the prestigious court. Ambassador and Madame Hayashi look forward to many Japanese players coming to the UK and demonstrating their skills next year.
