Ambassador and Madame Hayashi’s attendance at the 2023 World Marmalade Awards Ceremony

On 22 April, Ambassador and Madame Hayashi attended the 2023 World Marmalade Awards Ceremony at the Dalemain Mansion & Historic Gardens in the Lake District.
During the ceremony, Mr Ohshiro, Mayor of Yawatahama, received certification for the upcoming World Marmalade Awards in Yahatahama City, Ehime Prefecture in Japan.
Following the presentation of the certificate, Ambassador Hayashi delivered congratulatory remarks in which he expressed his hopes for the continued development of exchange through marmalade between Japan and the UK.
