Ambassador Hayashi’s meeting with the Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan MP, Minister of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs (Indo-Pacific)

On 30 October, Ambassador HAYASHI Hajime had a meeting with the Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan MP, Minister of State for the Indo-Pacific in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. They discussed Japan-UK cooperation in the areas of security and defence, trade and business, as well as the current international situations, in the run-up to Foreign Secretary Cleverly’s scheduled visit to Japan, and the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting from 7 to 8 November in Tokyo.
