Ambassador & Madame Hayashi's attendance at Japan House London’s opening event of “Design Discoveries: Towards a DESIGN MUSEUM JAPAN

On 14 May, Ambassador and Madame Hayashi attended the private viewing and opening event of the exhibition 'Design Discoveries: Towards a DESIGN MUSEUM JAPAN' at Japan House London.
In his remarks, Ambassador Hayashi expressed his confidence that visitors to the exhibition would rediscover the diversity of Japan's regions and be impressed by the richness and dynamism of the designs on display.
The exhibition features a wide range of 'design treasures' found by leading Japanese creators from around the world who have explored the lifestyles and cultures of different regions of Japan, from Jomon-era designs to '3D sportswear’ which uses the latest technology, and presents them along with the stories behind them.
