Fixed-term (less than two years, with probationary period)
Note: Upon expiry of the fixed-term contract, there is the possibility of transition to a permanent contract subject to mutual agreement.

Dependent on experience and qualifications

4. Commencement of Employment
Scheduled for late November to early December 2025

5. Working Hours
09:30 – 18:00 (with one-hour lunch break)
Note: This position is office-based. Remote working is not available.

6. Main Duties
(1) Conducting various research tasks related to general administration
(2) Providing support for coordination and liaison with external organisations
(3) Assisting with arrangements for VIP visits and supporting internal events
(4) Other administrative duties as required

7. Qualifications
(1) Native-level proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
(2) Advanced proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
(3) Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related applications

8. Requirements
Applicants must hold valid immigration status permitting employment in the UK (YMS visas are not accepted).
Please note: We do not provide visa sponsorship.
