Talk event for “The Art of Sumo” exhibition

On 17 November, the Embassy of Japan hosted a talk event for the exhibition “The Art of Sumo” which is on display at the Embassy until 27 November.
At the event, Mr Martin Campbell-White MBE, who was instrumental in bringing the Grand Sumo tournaments to London in both 1991 and 2025, spoke about the appeal of sumo and the challenges involved in bringing professional sumo to the UK.
