Working hours:            Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm (Lunch hour: 12:45pm-1:45pm) with possibility of overtime work

Job details:        
The Embassy seeks a qualified person to work as an assistant for the Accounts Section. Duties include assisting with accounting and general administrative tasks including clerical work, various research projects, and event support.
 
Requirements:         
  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to native level, both spoken and written
  • A good command of English language proficiency, both spoken and written
  • Candidates with limited accounting experience but a positive attitude and flexibility are desirable
  • Proficiency in IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook

The successful applicant shall serve a probation period immediately after the date of the start of the employment. The Embassy may extend the probation period.
