Initial Contract Period: 9 February to 31 March 2026
*Any further contracts would be renewed on a 3 month basis, up to a maximum continuous period of 2 years.
Minimum Service Time: 247.5 hours during the term
*Approximately: 19 days/month, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm (Lunch hour: 12:45pm-1:45pm)
Location: Embassy of Japan, 101-104 Piccadilly, London, W1J 7JT
Total Fee: £4950.00 (paid in equal monthly installments)

Job Details:
- Acting as a point of contact for JET applicants, processing applicant data, and other tasks as related to JET
- Other work related to the Japan Information and Cultural Centre (JICC)
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data and file management systems and the handling of large volumes of data is advantageous
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing and speaking)
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Japan and some Japanese language ability preferable
