Japan Societies across the UK Meeting

On 29 June, the “Japan Societies across the UK Meeting” was held in Liverpool. The meeting was co-hosted by the Embassy of Japan and The Japan Society. Mr Shuji Maeda, Minister for Public Diplomacy, attended the meeting.
The meeting brought together Japan societies and Japan-related cultural organisations from across the UK. It provided a meaningful opportunity for participants to share experiences and challenges, strengthen networks, and build cooperation, with a view to supporting the continued development of Japan-related activities in local communities across the UK.
