Request for information regarding the FY 2025 Survey of UK Based Japanese Businesses

Every year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan conducts a survey of Japanese businesses operating in overseas locations with a view to collecting information which could be used as basic data to support overseas Japanese companies, as well as to gain a greater understanding of Japan's economic and social relations with partner countries.
　
Please note that individual company data will be treated as confidential. However, the survey regarding the total number of Japanese businesses operating in the UK will be published.

For this purpose, the Embassy of Japan in the UK would also like to collect information regarding the total number of employees of each company and this question has been added to the survey.

We would be most grateful if you could submit your answers using this form by 9 January 2026.
