Ambassador Suzuki's Activities

Early this month, Ambassador Suzuki visited Northern Ireland where he held meetings with Emma Little-Pengelly MLA, Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland, Aisling Reilly MLA, Junior Minister to the First Minister of Northern Ireland and Edwin Poots MLA, Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly. In addition, Ambassador Suzuki visited the factories of Kyocera AVX and Ryobi Aluminum Casting. He also held discussions with representatives of Japanese companies based in Northern Ireland as well as with executives of the Japan Society of Northern Ireland. Ambassador Suzuki also attended several events including an event to promote Japan House London, the 2025 Praemium Imperiale, Hyper Japan 2025, the Annual General Meeting of The Japan Society, the National Ballet of Japan’s opening performance of Giselle in London, and Japan House London’s opening event of their latest exhibition “Pictograms: Iconic Japanese Designs”.
